Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plasterboard Installer / Dryliner to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of internal plasterboard and drylining works on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
The role requires a high level of technical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, fit, and securely install plasterboard panels to walls, ceilings, partitions, and drywall systems.
Install metal and timber stud framing systems.
Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for plastering or finishing.
Apply skim coats and finishing touches to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface.
Repair damaged plasterwork and restore existing finishes to a professional standard.
Ensure all work complies with building regulations, project specifications, and company safety standards.
Maintain plastering tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
Work collaboratively with site managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements:
Previous experience in drylining and plasterboard installation.
Valid Safe Pass card and CSCS (if applicable).
Own hand tools and cordless tools.
Good communication skills, punctuality, and reliability.
Multi-skilled background with a flexible attitude to assist in other areas on site during downtime.
Pay: €20.00-€24.00 per hour
