About Ordorite
Ordorite is a cloud-based ERP and retail management software for furniture, bedding and flooring retailers. Our platform, OrdoConnect, runs everything from point of sale and stock control to delivery routing and after-sales service, and is used by retailers across Ireland, the UK, US, UAE & Australia.
We're expanding into new markets and need someone to take ownership of the top of our sales funnel.
The role
This is a hands-on lead generation role, not a brand or comms role. You'll own the journey from raw contact to sales-qualified lead: building and enriching prospect data, running campaigns that turn those contacts into engaged leads, and handing warm, well-documented opportunities to the sales team.
We measure our funnel in four stages — Contact → MQL → SQL → Deal. You'll be accountable for volume and conversion at the first two stages, and for reporting across all four.
What you'll do
Build the contact base
- Source and enrich prospect data on furniture, bedding and flooring retailers in Ireland, the UK and North America
- Use scraping tools, Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company registries and trade directories to build targeted lists
- Verify and clean contact data — no duplicates, no dead records
- Segment by region, retailer size and the system they currently run
Convert contacts into marketing-qualified leads
- Plan and run outbound email sequences and LinkedIn campaigns
- Manage website, content and social channels to drive inbound enquiries
- Produce the assets that support this: landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, email copy
- Apply agreed scoring criteria so a contact is only promoted to MQL when there's genuine engagement
Support the handover to sales
- Qualify MQLs against agreed criteria and book discovery calls for the sales team
- Keep CRM records complete so every stage transition is traceable
- Own follow-up from trade shows, webinars and events
Report on the funnel
- Maintain weekly reporting on Contact, MQL, SQL and Deal volumes, plus stage-to-stage conversion rates
- Track campaign performance and cost per lead by channel and region
- Flag where the funnel is leaking and propose what to do about it
What we're looking for
Essential
- 2+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or an SDR / lead generation role
- Hands-on CRM experience and familiarity with email outreach platforms
- Able to build prospect lists from scratch using scraping and data enrichment tools
- Strong written English and the confidence to write outbound copy that actually gets replies
- Comfortable in spreadsheets - you can build and maintain a funnel report without being asked twice
- Self-directed. This is a part-time role in a small team, so you'll manage your own workload
Nice to have
- Experience marketing SaaS or ERP software to SMEs
- Background in furniture, bedding, flooring or wider retail
- Experience marketing into the UK or US market
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and comfort editing website content
What we offer
- Flexibility on how your hours are arranged across the week, with hybrid working available
- A seat in our Galway city office, working alongside the wider team
- Direct ownership of a defined part of the business, with clear numbers to move
- Short decision-making chain - you'll work directly with senior members of the team
- Company pension scheme and paid annual leave, pro rata
- Scope to grow the role as the funnel grows, including toward full-time
How to apply
Apply through Indeed with your CV and a short note covering one lead generation campaign you've run end to end, and what it produced.
