We are a growing construction and property development company delivering residential and commercial projects across Wexford, Kilkenny, and Dublin. With our head office based in Wexford Town and several exciting developments in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Manage procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
Work closely with site management teams and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
Assess variations and assist with cost control.
Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts.
Support commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Proven experience working on residential construction projects is essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Cubit Estimating software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
Pay: €45,641.31-€94,430.32 per year
