Staff Nurses
(Full Time & Permanent 37.5 hours per week)
Theatre Department - Anaesthetic/PACU
Applications are invited for Staff Nurse roles in our Theatre Department: -
Essential Criteria
Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI Pin (essential)
Have at least 1 years post registration experience in an acute hospital setting (essential)
Previous Theatre anaesthetic experience in an Irish or UK setting (essential)
Have proven clinical and professional ability
Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Have good IT skills, with ability to use Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint etc
Competency in the English language is a requirement for the post
Have a flexible approach to working patterns
Exhibit ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Criteria
Advanced Life Support Course
