We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our Spa and wellness operation and its wonderful team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality professional with a genuine passion for wellness, people leadership and exceptional guest experiences. The Spa Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and continued development of the Spa, ensuring the highest standards of service while driving team performance and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operation of the Spa, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience at all times.

Lead, motivate and develop the Spa team, creating a positive, professional and high-performing working environment.

Manage staff rostering effectively in line with business levels, service requirements and wage budgets.

Ensure the highest standards of guest care, cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and health & safety throughout the Spa.

Manage guest enquiries and feedback professionally and ensure any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Oversee the Spa booking system to maximise treatment availability, occupancy and revenue opportunities.

Drive Spa performance through the achievement of treatment, retail and overall sales targets.

Encourage and coach the team to confidently recommend and upsell treatments and retail products.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing or supervising a luxury Spa or similar hospitality/wellness operation and will be confident balancing exceptional guest service with strong commercial and people management.
You will be an enthusiastic and visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
