We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waitress to join our pub team. The role involves serving food and drinks, taking customer orders, and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential
- Knowledge of Irish pub culture, beers, whiskeys, and other beverages is a plus
