Perfecto Print & Signs are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has strong administrative skills, and can provide excellent customer service and support to the wider team.
Position Details
- Part-time position – 19 hours per week
- Morning shifts
- Based at Perfecto Print & Signs
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
- General office administration and data entry
- Managing emails and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with customer orders and invoicing
- Maintaining office records and filing systems
- Supporting the production and sales team with administration tasks
- Greeting customers and suppliers professionally
Requirements
- Previous administration or office experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Sage desierable
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, professional, and reliable manner
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
