Purpose of Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate with internship experience to join our dynamic People team. The role offers hands‑on exposure and real responsibility within a fast‑paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where learning and development are strongly encouraged.
As a valued member of the People team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our People initiatives across HR Processes and Procedures, Values and Culture, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development. This role provides an excellent platform to build practical HR experience, develop your skill set, and grow your career within a supportive and collaborative organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and managing recruitment correspondence in line with business needs.
- Coordinate and support Employee Induction Programmes, ensuring new starters have a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update Time Management and HR systems, ensuring employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Performance Management and Career Path Development Programmes, helping to promote continuous development across the business.
- Research, organise, track, and report on training and development activities, supporting employee growth.
- Compile and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Deliver general HR administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing internal correspondence.
- Organise HR‑related meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, and distribution of minutes.
- Act as a first point of support for employees by assisting the People team with HR queries and resolutions.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and consistency.
- Coordinate the People & Values Calendar and contribute to various wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Provide flexible support across HR operations, taking on additional administrative duties as business needs evolve.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following knowledge and experience:
- A third‑level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant internship is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Well‑developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical abilities with a high standard of report writing.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative, innovative, and proactive approach to tasks and initiatives.
