We are a busy food truck serving high-quality fresh food to customers on our campsite. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to help prepare food, manage orders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required
- Manage over the phone and in-person orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food truck and workstations
- Restock ingredients and supplies when needed
- Follow all food safety and HACCP procedures
- Open and close the food truck when scheduled
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist with daily setup and breakdown of equipment
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be legally entitled to work in Ireland
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a good level of spoken English
- Be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be able to stand for long periods and lift light-to-moderate stock items
- Have basic cash handling and customer service skills
- Follow Irish food safety and workplace hygiene regulations
Preferred (but not essential)
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food trucks, cafés, or fast food
- HACCP / Food Safety training certification
- Full Irish driving licence
- Barista or kitchen experience
