RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To promote excellent standards of safety and cleanliness.
- To follow setting up and closing down procedures.
- Collect and wash up kitchenware.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good work ethic
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instruction
- Positive attitude with a warm and friendly personality
