- Extensive experience working with CRM platforms with responsibility for consumer customer, patient or service-user, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Extensive experience using analytics and reporting tools (bi tools) to track KPIs, measure performance, generate insights, and drive service improvements.
- Extensive experience working on data, governance and all operational processes for CRM programmes across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, with strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
