We are looking for a driven construction professional to step up and lead a major €10m+ residential development in Midleton, Co. Cork. The Role
You will take overall responsibility for site safety, quality management, budget control, and schedule adherence from inception to final handover. Townmore will actively support you as you transition into managing statutory compliance, BCAR processes, and local authority relationships.What You Will Do
- Project Delivery: Lead a major residential scheme on time and within budget.
- BCAR Management: Oversee the BCMS process and coordinate with Assigned Certifiers.
- Authority Liaison: Act as the primary contact for Cork County Council regarding compliance.
- Site Leadership: Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and utility providers (Irish Water).
- Financial Oversight: Manage project programming, progress reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
What You Need
- Experience: Strong background as a Senior Site Manager on high-quality residential schemes.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline or a strong trade background.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of BCAR regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
- Drive: Motivation to transition from purely site operations to full project ownership.
