Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Law or Human Resources Management preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiar with recruitment processes and employee onboarding/offboarding procedures; understanding of UK / Ireland employment laws
- Meticulous, responsible, and skilled in communication and coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and related office tools
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer issuance
- Organize employee onboarding, training, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding; maintain personnel files and contract records
- Assist in payroll calculation, employee benefits, and leave tracking
- Support processes related to labor contracts, employee complaints, disputes, disciplinary actions, and termination settlements
- Participate in performance evaluations, staff training, and cultural activities
- Support the development and optimization of HR policies and compliance processes
- Assist in daily office administration to maintain efficient team communication
- Regularly report HR data and provide insights to management
