Commis Chef
Multilane Ltd T/A The Martello Hotel, require a commis chef for their restaurant at 47 Strand Road, Bray, Co Wicklow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine.
- Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality foods for the highest standards.
- Fluent English required.
- Salary €36,605 per year, 39 hours per week
Main Duties:
- Working in line with HACCP requirements
- To be diligent in all aspects of your role
- To follow instructions of head chef / sous chef with absolute co-operation in regard to menu/ food/ cleaning operations
- To be punctual for every shift
- Ensuring that at all times you are clean and presentable at all times
Good communication skills and pleasant personality essential. Immediate start for suitable candidates.
