We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team in the hospitality industry.
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for assisting in overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift.
Main Duties:
· Supervise all night shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security of all departments.
· Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
· Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow during the night shift.
· Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
· Conduct regular fire walk inspection during night shift hours.
· Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
· Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the night shift.
· Assist with setting up of meeting rooms or public areas as required.
· To read, understand and carry out your responsibilities as defined in the Health and
Safety Statement and Staff Employee Handbook.
Pay: €33,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
