Operational Duties
- Operate production equipment in line with hygiene, weight control, and quality specifications.
- Carry out forklift duties, ensuring production lines remain clear, products are safely stacked, and trucks are loaded/unloaded as required.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately complete all required production, hygiene, and traceability records using Redbrook systems.
- Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, and HACCP requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to zoning procedures across the plant.
- Hygiene & Cleaning
- Perform cleaning duties at required intervals and uphold excellent hygiene standards in all production areas.
- Maintain all associated hygiene and cleaning records in line with company and food safety standards.
Health & Safety
- Work in a manner that always supports a safe working environment.
- Immediately report any accidental discharges, incidents, or hazards in line with Health & Safety procedures.
- Cooperate with all site safety requirements and actively contribute to a culture of safety.
- General Responsibilities
- Work scheduled hours of 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for agreed overtime depending on production needs.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably required or directed by the Production Site Lead or Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and follow detailed procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Experience within a food manufacturing or HACCP‑regulated environment.
- Basic understanding of GMPs, food safety, or hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Current forklift driver’s licence – highly desirable.
- Current manual handling certificate – highly desirable.
- Basic Food Hygiene training or equivalent.
- Level 1 HACCP training (or willingness to complete upon appointment).

Pay: Up to €15.00 per hour
