About the Company
Fresh Cuts is one of Ireland's leading sustainable apparel brands. An established family business based in Dublin, we have an omni-channel approach with both retail and online presence. With a reputation for quality and service, Fresh Cuts design and produce all their own collections.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive to own our day-to-day presence across social media and email, and to execute our weekly paid media updates on Meta and Google Ads. This is primarily a content-first role: you'll be the voice and eye behind Fresh Cuts online, planning and creating scroll-stopping content, growing engagement across our channels, and running our newsletter programme. Alongside this, you'll take a weekly performance update and use it to make agreed changes to our ad accounts — budget shifts, creative swaps, campaign adjustments — following an established process and budget.
You'll work closely with our creative director on brand direction and with the founders on what's coming up in the business — new drops, in-store events, campaigns — and on the weekly ad account actions.
The Impact You'll Make
- Be the creative engine behind Fresh Cuts' social presence — Instagram, Facebook, and beyond
- Grow our email list and newsletter engagement through consistently strong, on-brand campaigns
- Keep our Meta and Google Ads accounts running well week to week, executing changes based on performance
- Build content that captures the personality of an independent Irish fashion brand
- Strengthen the connection between our retail stores (Dublin & Galway) and our online community
What You'll Bring
- 3 years+ marketing experience, ideally including some exposure to paid social/search ads, for a consumer or retail brand
- Genuine interest in the paid media side of marketing, with appetite to learn and take on more over time
- Strong content creation skills — photography and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) essential; editing in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
- Excellent copywriting — a natural, engaging voice for captions, stories, and email
- A sharp creative eye and instinct for what performs, balanced with staying on-brand
- Comfortable managing a content calendar and following a structured weekly process, while working independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Email marketing platform experience (Klaviyo a plus, not essential)
Core Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish content across our channels for both retail locations and online
- Content Creation: Shoot and edit photo/video content — in-store, product, and campaign-led
- Email/Newsletters: Plan and send regular newsletters and campaigns via Klaviyo, working within our existing retention framework
- Paid Media Execution: Take the weekly Meta/Google Ads performance update and implement agreed changes — budget adjustments, creative rotation, campaign settings — within an established process and budget
- Community Management: Respond to comments and DMs, monitor engagement and sentiment
- Collaboration: Work with our creative director on brand direction and content ideas; liaise with the founders weekly on ad account actions and on upcoming drops, promotions, and events to plan content around them
What We Offer
- Competitive salary aligned with experience
- Real creative ownership over how the brand shows up online
- Professional development and growth opportunities
- Dynamic environment with impactful projects
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join a growing family business with a supportive, close-knit team culture. If you are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, this could be the role for you.
