In-Home Blinds Sales & Service Manager – Dublin

This senior, mobile role owns the full customer journey for our Dublin showroom teams. You'll visit homes to measure, consult, close sales, coordinate installations, and handle after-sales care—ensuring every customer loves their bespoke blinds.

What you'll do
- Visit customers' homes to measure, advise on perfect blinds solutions, and close sales (full product training provided).
- Ensure 100% accurate orders (sizes, fabrics, motors, special requirements).
- Coordinate manufacturing and professional installations.
- Resolve queries, complaints and warranty issues (12-month guarantee) with long-term solutions.
- Lead the Dublin team by example to drive satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
What you bring
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience in Ireland (ideally in made-to-measure products such as interiors/windows).
- Proven sales skills—comfortable building trust in homes and hitting targets.
- Detail-obsessed with strong admin skills for error-free order processing.
- Leadership to coach the team and set high service standards.
- Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
No prior blinds experience needed—we'll fully train you.
