We are looking for a professional, passionate, and energetic Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute fresh ideas to a business that is continually evolving. We are looking for a chef who is creative, motivated, and eager to help us develop new dishes and improve our offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Manage your section efficiently during service.
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and food safety standards.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and HACCP procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Support and work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team.
- Help train and guide junior members of the team when required.
- Contribute new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
