Description
Xeinadin continues to expand its Financial Services offering with an exciting new opportunity for a Life & Pensions Manager join our Cavan team. The successful candidate will get to work with a diverse SME portfolio, advising a range of our key clients, as well as work with the ROI on wider strategies to develop the Xeinadin wide Financial Services offering.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on life assurance, retirement planning, and pension products to clients across the Cavan and a wider regional portfolio.
Ensure compliance with Irish regulatory requirements (e.g. Central Bank of Ireland Consumer Protection Code) .
Oversee client portfolio management, including reviews, renewals, and retention strategies
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Life & Pensions offering regionally.
Manage relationships with product providers, insurers, and pension administrators.
Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and product developments and advise client accordingly.
Handle complex client cases and escalations in line with compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
QFA qualified (or working towards qualification).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in life assurance and pensions within the Irish market
Strong knowledge of pension structures (PRSA, occupational pensions etc.)
In-depth understanding of Irish financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
Additional Requirements
Commercially aware, with a keen understanding of client requirements and industry best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
Proactive, decisive, and adaptable to changing client needs and work environments.
