Kelly Estates is currently recruiting a Property Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general property maintenance, fit outs, installations and repairs, gardening, general upkeep, painting and decorating etc…ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within suitable time scales, corresponding with other qualified tradespeople vendors and tenants when required. General knowledge and experience of construction in residential properties to include plumbing, joinery, electrical, carpentry and across all types of building services.
