Location: The Gallops Pub, Leopardstown
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and nonalcoholic options.

Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations.

Assist in stock management, restocking, and ordering supplies.

Uphold compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
