Graduate Lead Educator to join our professional early year’s team. This is an exciting
opportunity for a motivated graduate to lead practice, mentor staff, and support high-
quality, play-based learning in a modern, community-focused service.
Location: Bo Peep Kidz, Laird House, Church St., Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim
Position Type: Full-time / Permanent 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Minimum level 7 in childcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead practice: Support daily curriculum implementation using the Aistear framework.
Mentor staff: Guide, support, and inspire educators within your room.
Ensure quality: Maintain high standards aligned with Síolta guidelines.
Maintain compliance: Uphold all Túsla and Department regulations strictly.
Partner with families: Build strong, positive communication channels with parents.
