We currently have a vacancy for a Spa Receptionist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Spa Team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Receptionist within a busy environment, however full training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing in a challenging role that requires perfectionist levels of guest service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Monart Spa is open from 8am-8pm applicants must be available to work variable shifts including early mornings and evenings up until 8.30pm.
Requirements:
- One year reception experience in a busy environment is preferable but alternatively a customer focused role would be considered
- Proven commitment to excellent guest service
- Track record of working independently and without supervision
- Proven ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations and a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise duties and deal with a multitude of tasks
- Good administration skills and preferably a working knowledge of recognized software system
- Exceptional interpersonal skills along with the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers
Main Responsibilities:
- To meet and greet clients/guests in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner and to provide tours of the Spa facilities
- To maximise all sales opportunities by offering products and facilities to guests and enquirers
- To manage treatment charges and ensure that they are posted correctly
- To manage the Spa diary and facilitate bookings
- To ensure accurate and up to date information is posted to the appropriate accounts
- To ensure cash handling operations are adhered to including the till system and balancing at end of each shift
- To maintain all files in a systematic and organised manner
