We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to join our team.
This role involves a mix of warehouse operations and office duties, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods In — receiving deliveries, checking quantities, reporting discrepancies
- Goods Out — preparing orders, packing, and dispatching shipments
- Order Packing — picking, packing, labelling, and preparing orders for courier collection
- Stock Management — tidying shelves, rotating stock, updating stock locations
- Product Labelling — applying labels, batch codes, and compliance stickers
- Office Duties — taking orders, answering calls, updating systems
- Invoicing — creating and processing invoices accurately
Requirements
- Ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting boxes and moving stock safely
- Previous related experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable using computers for order entry and invoicing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
