We are currently seeking a Daytime Chef to join our growing team at mo chara.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen is ready for service everyday
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques while also bringing creativity and innovation to the menu.
Requirements:
- HCAP training or equivalent culinary certification.
- Proven experience working as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably in a lunch or brunch setting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain attention to detail,
- Ability to take direction from the head chef and work hand in hand with the other Chef de Partie and the rest of the kitchen team
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends from 8/9 AM to 5/6 PM.
