Customer Service Agent
ADEC ARISE Europe is currently seeking to appoint a full time Irish Speaking Customer Service Agent which will provide customer support across call/email/chat/letter. The role is hybrid but can be remote considering the candidates location. We are looking for candidates that have a track record of providing excellent customer service and meeting their KPI’s. The roster will be Monday to Saturday and opening hours are 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 13:00pm on a Saturday . Flexibility will be required during busy periods or to cover scheduled leave.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, information and technical support to customers contacting the client by various methods (Phone /Email /Chat/Letter etc.)
- Log customer interaction on the relevant database/system to create customer cases.
- Represent the client in a professional manner
- Interpret and understand the nature of the customers issue through an in-depth analysis and escalate where appropriate.
- Communicate complex concepts and processes clearly to customers and business users in a manner that they can clearly understand.
- Proactively maintain knowledge of the service the client provides and the utility providers in Ireland.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Irish
- Previous customer service experience with minimum 1 year in a contact centre environment
- Professional outlook to go above and beyond for customers.

- Excellent communication skills with patience to deal with non technical customers requiring assistance.
- Good attention to detail.
