We’re looking for a confident, outgoing Hostess to join one of Dublin city centre’s busiest venues.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced social environment, and wants to build connections within Dublin’s hospitality and nightlife scene.
You’ll be the first impression of the venue — welcoming guests, creating great energy from the door, and helping make every customer experience memorable.

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Interested in growing a network within hospitality, events, nightlife or entertainment
- Ambitious and eager to grow within the industry
- Comfortable with technology - ipads/phones/booking systems etc
- Advanced English is a requirement for this position
The Role
- Greeting and seating guests
- Managing bookings and walk-ins
- Creating a warm, upbeat atmosphere from the moment guests arrive
- Building relationships with regular customers and new guests
- Supporting the floor team to ensure smooth service
- Representing the venue’s brand and energy at all times
