The Heritage Spa at No.1 Pery Square is a tranquil urban retreat situated within the beautifully restored vaulted basement of the hotel. Partnering with VOYA Organic Beauty, the spa offers a range of holistic wellness, beauty and relaxation treatments alongside a thermal suite experience, creating memorable experiences for both hotel guests and local visitors.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and commercially focused Spa Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spa team, reception operations, guest experience, treatment bookings, sales and overall business performance.

The Role
As Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa, including:
- Managing and developing the spa team
- Leading spa reception and booking operations
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Ensure all spa facilities, treatment rooms and thermal areas are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Driving treatment, package and retail sales
- Managing operational standards and performance
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the spa business
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' spa management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A proactive and sales-driven approach
- Passion for wellness, hospitality and luxury service
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
