The Role:
As a Pharmacy Technician on our team, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing: Accurately assembling prescriptions for both our walk-in customers and nursing home patients.
- Nursing Home Support: Preparing monitored dosage systems for our care home partners.
- Stock Management: Managing orders and ensuring timely ordering so we can meet the needs of all our patients.
- Customer Care: Building relationships with and getting to know our patients, offering advice on over-the-counter medications, and providing exceptional service.
- Compliance: Adhering to PSI legislation and standard operating procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a community or hospital pharmacy is required. Experience with Mediplan/Tosho machines is a distinct advantage but not required.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
