Operations Assistant at Xian Street Food (Brand of Hitianland ltd)
We are looking to hire an Operations Assistant to support our growing business during an exciting phase of hyper-growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to help build strong operational foundations from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) - business degree preferred
- Experience in hiring, training and tracking performance of staff
- Solid understanding of business and operational challenges
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving situations
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5-7 years of experience working in a office
Key Responsibilities
- Work across a variety of company projects that evolve based on business needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
- Conduct deep research and analysis to support decision-making
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and coordinating with the right people to execute projects
- Be available to work on weekends as required
- Ability to prepare SOPs, deploy them and train the team on them
- Monitor team performance and ability to influence senior staff
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
