We operate a collection of Hotels, Serviced Apartments and Aparthotels across the cities of London & Dublin.
We're looking for a professional, customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our Reservations team at Marlin Dublin. You'll manage room bookings across phone, email, website, and OTA channels, deliver excellent guest service, and help drive revenue through upselling and efficient reservation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation enquiries and process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
- Respond to guest requests and resolve booking issues professionally
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel packages to support revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (Opera or similar)
- Manage deposits, pre-authorisations, and payment updates
- Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and other departments on VIPs, groups, and special requests
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience with PMS systems (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, etc.) and MS Office
- A sales-minded, guest-focused attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
