Sales Executive – Kilkenny
Salary: €50,000–€80,000 OTE (Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

The AutoBoland Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to test drive and vehicle handover.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets through follow-up activities and daily sales support.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the dealership yard, ensuring vehicles are organised, moved, and positioned safely.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-presented, and displayed to the highest standard across the forecourt and showroom.
- Maintain attractive vehicle displays to maximise visibility and sales appeal.
- Photograph and record videos of vehicles for use in online advertising and promotional activities.
- Create, upload, and maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings across relevant platforms.
- Keep online stock records up to date and properly managed.
- Assist with dealership promotional initiatives by helping to showcase vehicles effectively both online and in person.
- Support administrative tasks relating to sales activities and customer records.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
- A friendly, confident, and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable taking photographs and videos of vehicles and supporting promotional activities as part of the role.
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A full, clean driving licence is essential.
