We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Painter / Trainee Foreman to join our team and work across the Midlands area, including Westmeath, Longford, and Roscommon.
Responsibilities
Carry out painting and decorating work to a high standard.
Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
Apply paint and other finishes using the appropriate tools and equipment.
Assist with coordinating painting activities and supporting the site team.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Travel to projects across Westmeath, Longford, Roscommon, and the wider Midlands area.
Requirements
Previous painting or decorating experience.
Strong interest in progressing towards a Foreman/Supervisory position.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
MEWP certification is advantageous but not essential.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Creative, reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach.
Pay: €28,300.00-€60,440.49 per year
