The Role
As our Lead Generation & Sales Assistant, you'll be the engine behind our sales pipeline. Working closely with our sales agents, you'll run inbound and outbound lead qualification campaigns by phone, opening conversations with businesses, farmers and homeowners about how solar, storage and EV charging can cut their energy costs. This is an ideal first role for a graduate looking to build commercial and communication skills.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales agent
- Record interactions accurately in our CRM and follow up to move opportunities forward
- Support our sales agents with research, scheduling and pipeline management
- Assist with day-to-day sales and marketing operations, ensuring tasks run smoothly and in line with company policies
What we ask
- A recent graduate (any discipline — business, marketing, sales, engineering or environmental backgrounds especially welcome)
- A confident, clear communicator who's comfortable speaking with businesses on the phone
- A willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset
- Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
