Job Title: Floor Staff
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Floor Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining and service areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
- Assist with stock replenishment and general housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good attention to detail and personal presentation.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
