Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily golf course maintenance to the highest standard.
- Operate and maintain a range of turf care machinery and equipment safely.
- Assist with mowing, bunker maintenance, tee and green preparation, divoting, and course set-up.
- Support irrigation, drainage, and course improvement projects.
- Help maintain landscaped areas, pathways, and clubhouse surroundings.
- Monitor turf health and assist with pest, disease, and weed management.
- Follow all health and safety procedures while working independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to ensuring the golf course is presented in excellent condition for members and visitors.
- Salary will be based on experience

- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional bank holidays as part of a rota.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential.
- Qualification in Sports Turf Management or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Experience operating turf maintenance machinery is beneficial.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
