The chef will assist the staff with the daily running of this busy and vibrant hotel kitchen. Having the ability to work as part of a friendly and dynamic team and being flexible is a necessary requirement.
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across your section
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices at all times
- Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal specials
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Workings Hours - 40 hours per week
