We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our busy conveyancing practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and progressing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of transactions.
- Preparing and managing legal documentation and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with office procedures.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring that all matters are progressed efficiently.
- Supporting fee earners and contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a legal office, particularly in conveyancing or property law.
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and legal documentation.
