Operations Manager – eCommerce, Systems & Business Improvement

Salary: €80,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Profit Sharing Scheme

Bragan is one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle accessories, selling across multiple eCommerce channels and international marketplaces. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, scalability and business performance across the organisation.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position reporting directly to senior management. You will work across all areas of the business, helping improve processes, implement systems, deliver projects and support operational excellence.
We are looking for someone who is willing to immerse themselves in the business, take ownership of challenges and support teams wherever required. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business improvement and operational efficiency projects
- Review, document and improve company processes and SOPs
- Manage and implement software, systems, automation and AI initiatives
- Oversee business technology infrastructure including software, hardware, networks and IT suppliers
- Work with developers and technology partners on internal projects
- Improve reporting, KPIs and management information
- Support warehouse, inventory, customer service and operational teams
- Assist with commercial initiatives, sales growth and customer experience improvements
- Support finance, accounts, HR and recruitment projects when required
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure successful delivery
- Provide hands-on leadership and problem solving across all areas of the business
- Help build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong operational management experience
- Excellent understanding of business systems, software and technology
- Experience managing projects and driving change
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with a practical, results-focused approach
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and priorities
- Willing to get involved in day-to-day operations when required
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results
Desirable
- Experience with eCommerce, ERP or inventory management systems
- Experience with automation, AI and process improvement
- Knowledge of hardware, networking and IT infrastructure
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environments
- Experience working within a growing SME
