We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, this is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with 1–2 years' experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across multiple areas of HR. Weekly travel between our facilities in Carlow and Arklow will be required.
This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, HR and Learning Management systems, and project work, making it an ideal next step for someone looking to develop their HR career.
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of the HR function across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain training matrix, training requests and ensure training records are up-to-date

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare HR reports and ensure the accuracy of employee data.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.

Support the team with day-to-day HR operations and continuous improvement activities

Ensure our HR and Learning Management systems are accurate and up-to-date

Assist the team with the full recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining recruitment records

Working with the team to ensure required information is provided to Payroll for processing
- Support our managers with implementation and co-ordination of HR processes including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters

Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Provide administrative support across employee relations processes, including note-taking during meetings and investigations.

Assist with the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience - Essential

1-2 years' experience in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role, or similar.

Good knowledge of HR practices and Irish employment law.

Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
