We’re growing our team and are looking for someone who will thrive in a Front of House role here at Fianna Athletic Club.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a passion for fitness and wellness, is proactive, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
You’ll be one of the first faces our members see every day, so creating a welcoming atmosphere and making a strong first impression is a huge part of the role.
The Role Includes:
- Greeting members and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting new member sign ups, including gym tours and membership sales
- Helping keep the gym clean, organised, and running smoothly day to day
- Opening or closing the facility to a high standard with a proactive approach throughout each shift
- Supporting with cafe duties. Barista experience is a bonus
- Assisting with basic admin and member support
- Working closely with the team to maintain the high standards Fianna is known for
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

- A strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with members and leading conversations
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- A strong multitasker with great attention to detail
- Interested in fitness, wellness, and community
- Proud of their work and brings positive energy to the team
Customer service experience is important for this role, but personality, attitude, and energy matter just as much.
