The Opportunity
EirGrid Group are seeking an organised and committed Executive Assistant to join our existing EA Team, specifically supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Governance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall office management for each Executive including diary management, meeting coordination and document administration. This is a key role that requires a candidate who is professional, organised, focussed, flexible and always one step ahead.
As an Executive Assistant your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:-
Personal assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Governance Officer, including, diary management, e-mail correspondence , travel arrangements and expenses processing.

Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas in advance, keep minutes, track, report and follow up on actions agreed.

Ensure the executive is aware of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Draft, edit and prepare communications, documents, and presentation material on behalf of the executive.
- Perform the role of office manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Office, coordinating with the procurement and facility management.

Organise, plan and co-ordinate events, conferences, and off-site meetings such as town halls and summits.

Manage logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.
- Organise and maintain documents and other correspondence of a confidential nature.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for the executive and other senior member of the management teams.
- Participate and contribute to other activities and projects as required.
Your Skills and Experience:

3+ years personal and/or executive assistance experience.

Experienced Microsoft Office user including excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
