Please note this is a full-time position that requires complete availability to work any shift on weekdays and weekends.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Supervisor provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development are provided by the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on their shift and will be held accountable to ensure that company policy is met in each area.
THE JOB:
- Ensure the smooth running of the shift
- Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
- Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
- Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
- Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
- Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operations
- Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
- To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements and the level of the business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods without sitting down.
