The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer / Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging talented candidates to support our hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in recruitment within a fast-paced engineering environment.
You will work closely with our team to source candidates, manage recruitment processes, and help build strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels
- Review CVs and assess candidate suitability against job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
- Advertise job vacancies across relevant platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to candidates
- Support the recruitment team with ongoing hiring campaigns
- Research new sourcing methods to attract engineering and technical talent
Requirements
- Strong interest in developing a career in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Confident using online platforms, social media, and recruitment tools
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration experience is an advantage but not essential
