Job Summary
The Internal Sales Representative (Campaign Specialist) will be responsible for sales administration and key account administrative management. In addition, designing, implementing, and managing internal sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive, detail focused and results-oriented professional who excels in account administration management, identifying sales opportunities though conversations and feedback from key accounts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and executing campaigns that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities to include:
Key Account Administration Management
Communicate directly with key head office accounts on all administrative needs including and not limited to new product listings, price book submission, product image upload, customer website data management, and other business needs.
Sales Campaign Management
Plan, develop, and execute internal sales campaigns to meet revenue targets and strategic goals working with area managers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create aligned and impactful campaigns.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies to maximize outcomes.
Lead Generation Nurturing
Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted campaigns.
Follow up on inbound leads generated by campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Manage the sales pipeline, communicate with area managers and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Sales Reporting Administration
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports and insights for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Sales administration duties and maintenance of master data/digital assets for sales function.
Customer Ordering Portal/ E-Commerce Website
Key Skills Qualifications:
Experience in sales, with a focus on campaign management or lead generation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce website development/maintenance
Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
Previous experience in B2B sales.
