We are currently seeking to recruit a Food Hall Assistant to join our team. The suitable candidate will be self-motivated, provide excellent customer care standards, while adhering to HACCP hygiene regulations.
Reporting to the Food Hall Manager the Food Hall Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
· Ensure that you and your team are committed to promote and strengthen a culture of
quality, respect, safety and kindness always.
· Carry out all routine daily tasks as set by your manager.
· Always maintain effective and respectable communications with staff and residents.
· Communicate to your Manager\Supervisor any queries or requests made to you by the
residents.
· Being fully conversant with all Mosney Village’s health and safety, fire and security
regulations and procedures.
· To be fully compliant with HACCP Guidelines and Food Safety training.
· Daily upkeep of the department.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service standards.
· Continually seek to improve the departments efficiency and operational standards.
· Be proactive and attend to any other issues which may arise during your shift.
· Ensure there is effective communication within the team regarding the requirements for
the department.
· To carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
Skills:
Good communication skills, customer focused, HACCP Certfication Preferred but not Essential Strong PC & System Skills

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, permanent position which is subject to a six-month probation period.
The successful candidate will be required to provide Garda Vetting Clearence, complete a pre-employment medical and provide at least 2 professional references.
