Luxe Consulting Services Ltd is a Dublin-based digital marketing and revenue growth agency managing 20–25 SME clients with done-for-you advertising, automation, and sales infrastructure. ACMR is our sister company building custom software and operational systems for the same market. Together we're scaling fast — and we need an Operations Manager who can sit between leadership and the execution layer, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO to turn strategic priorities into daily operational reality.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the day-to-day operational rhythm across both businesses: task management, internal comms, deadlines, and deliverables
- Managing and coordinating contractors, freelancers, and internal team members across fulfilment, sales, and support
- Building and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and process documentation for consistent, repeatable delivery
- Running weekly operational reviews — tracking KPIs, flagging blockers, keeping everything on schedule
- Owning client onboarding workflows end-to-end: from signed contract through to fully live systems
- Managing internal tools and platforms (GoHighLevel, Slack, project management systems, reporting dashboards)
- Supporting financial operations: expense tracking, contractor invoicing, and monthly reconciliation
- Spotting bottlenecks and inefficiencies — proposing and implementing fixes before they become fires
Who we're looking for:
- 2–5 years in an operations, project management, or agency coordination role
- Obsessively organised — you live in spreadsheets, task boards, and SOPs, and you actually enjoy it
- Strong communicator who can hold people accountable without creating friction
- Comfortable working across multiple businesses and priorities at the same time
- Experience with digital marketing delivery (ad campaigns, CRM systems, automation workflows) is a strong advantage
- Proactive problem-solver — you see a gap and fill it before anyone has to ask
- Familiar with tools like Slack, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Notion/Asana/Monday, and basic financial tracking
