Comfort Keepers is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the performance and day-to-day operations of our homecare services in Ennis Co. Clare.
You will be responsible for:

Leading, supporting and developing the branch team.

Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred homecare.

Driving performance across quality, growth and operational KPIs.

Overseeing staffing capacity, scheduling and continuity of care.

Managing client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and safeguarding.

Driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth across the branch.

Minimum Level 7 BA degree in a Nursing, Social Care, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' people management experience.

Strong operational leadership and commercial experience.

Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results.

Excellent communication, decision-making and relationship-building skills.

Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.

Homecare, healthcare or social care management experience is highly desirable.
