Bunratty Castle Hotel, a newly reopened 4‑star property, is looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused food and beverage assistants to join our team in Fibber McGee's Steakhouse. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests
- Wait tables, taking orders, serving food
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented bar area
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring they feel welcomed
- Handle payments and operate the till accurately
- Support the Bar Manager in day‑to‑day bar operations
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements
- Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and guest interaction
